Ostello gioventu Parma

The sheets are included. Either bring your own towel or pay 1,50€ for a "kit" composed of three towels (big, medium,small). It can be booked already there, same as for breakfast (3,50€ full breakfast) I didn't book any restaurant for tomorrow's dinner, only for Sat evening with the whole group. If you have any suggestions let me know. A domani, departure no later than 5pm.

Saturday night's dinner in Parma - Trattoria Corrieri

With or without the Cup? difficult  to say now, but we've booked the place anyway, for the 30-35 of us.

Trattoria Corrieri  is in the city center, 10 minutes walking distance from EFSA which we will be joining around 22:00 for the award ceremony.

On Saturday evening, at around 19:00, the ETF bus will take us all from the CUS to the trattoria.

They've been kind enough to also propose a menu, so in addition to a-la-carte, here is your choice (prices still tagged 2011!!!) :

Given that on Sat morning we will not be in the bus, it would be great to have a volunteer that would co-ordinate bus transfer (in the case there will be colleagues taking the bus from Piazza Crimea / ILO).

For dinner, Trattoria Corrieri have confirmed they have enough space for a big group like ours (38 currently booked for dinner in our  organisation sheet ) - if I get no objections I will book tomorrow morning.

Dinner, Bar and Cafe (courtesy of EFSA): 

(EFSA): I wished all teams could reach the final, but the advantage of those of you who will finish earlier than the (semi-)finalists is that you can have a refreshing shower first, change clothes, watch relaxed the semi-final and the final, move first to EFSA and enjoy the first and richest choice of our buffet dinner (fish, meat, vegetables, pasta, salad, etc). Those who finish first the dinner can also enjoy first the “bar area" where will serve excellent Italian café, wine, beer and also soft drinks, as well as see also where the award ceremony will take place.  Charity:

 We (EFSA) propose to continue the tradition initiated by EMSA/EMCDDA. We have evaluated a few projects and decided to support a project in Cameron (We will hand over a check and provide you with more details in the evening of the 5th). We would like to encourage the teams to collect 10 Euros per player and 10 Euros for any additional adult person who joins the dinner. From the experience of last year, we know that it is easiest to collect the money already when you travel to Parma or even before. We would like to collect the money at the Captains’ meeting at 9 am. Nobody is obliged to contribute, it is voluntary! But we hope that like last year, we could give a “big” check to the organiser of this project.
