- Please find enclosed the final (...), poster of the event.
- Moreover we have the calendar of the day, here enclosed as well. We have done it already because not knowing each other level all combinations are fair. As you will see we will play the first round over three pitches in parallel. Matches will need to be maximum 30 minutes and we made possible to continue playing after the first round also for lower position 9th or even 12th (...). There will be 32 matches in total from 10h00 to 17h00 - at least -, and all teams will play 5 games at minimum. Some teams will need to play consecutively, so better start training.
- About insurance, we are covered by the EC statute however for those among us that are not Fonctionnaires, TA, CA, they should check if and what is covered by their insurance in case of an accident playing football in Portugal. We will check with the Commission to see if there is a any cover applicable at these events (like in the Schuman Trophy).
- Once in Lisbon at the airport you can get the taxi that should cost around 10-15€ to reach downtown or the bus airport express (http://www.golisbon.com/transport/airport-shuttle.html) that arrive downtown up to Cais do Sodre (which is the square where the Train Station for carcavellos is and where are located the headquarters of EMCDDA and EMSA).
- The Dinner on the 8th will be at the EMCDDA cantine (sorry) at Cais do Sodré Square.
